Many modern Italian beds can tend to be more on the minimalist side using "less" to highlight their artistic design. I do like the bed featured here from MDF Italia. If you are looking for a good buy and are on a budget then the price difference may be something to take note of. The In Heaven 2 canopy bed starts at $6500 in Queen while the Architecture Canopy bed prices in at a reasonable $900. I personally like the looks of both beds but the removable headboard on Zeitraum's version is not enough to justify the hefty price difference. Many bed models have angles closer to 90 degrees than they are 45 degrees. The result is that your back can be quite upright when sitting up. As an avid reader I like a fine balance in resting my back. The angle of the Sienna Bed is designed for those that like to sit up and read or even watch TV.
