Here is a wonderful Thermador appliances picture where the home owner has used space wisely in the kitchen. This wall is not all that long and yet, the home owner has fit in three great appliances: refrigerator, double-oven, and wine refrigerator. Notice that the wine refrigerator is one of the skinnier models offered by Thermador. This design could have been changed by canceling the wine area and installing a wider refrigerator. Space in the refrigerator is hard to come by so this design makes sense as well. I would probably opt for a lighter color wood than what is pictured here, but that is my preference. It does seem to match the tile well.

Small Wine Cellar Designed for Kitchen Countertops
At 10.5 inches wide, this small wine cellar by Cuisinart is great for kitchen countertops. If you are like me, countertop space is hard to come by so when it comes to adding a new appliance I have to really think. There might be good reasons to not have one on the ground such as a lack of space or a pet that takes a fondness to wine. This small appliance holds 8 bottles of wine that is controlled by a "hands touch" thermostat. According to my math there are 7 days in the week and 8 bottles of wine. So if you enjoy a glass or two each night, you should have a week's supply. Price: $159 (sale); $299 normal retail

Electric Indoor BBQ Grill for People without Patios
If you love to barbecue and don't have a patio area, an indoor BBQ grill can come to the rescue. For me, I really enjoy eating barbecue and also the fun in grilling things myself. It is not uncommon for apartments to have "no grill" rules for the fire safety of all of their inhabitants. This indoor BBQ grill runs on 1500 watts of electricity and is made by Breville. The top plate can be adjusted to any position to help control heat based on the type of fare being cooked. The top plate is ribbed which allows you to sear meat should you wish to. It comes with a drip pan that is dishwasher safe. The heat can be set between 350-450 degrees. An electric grill has an advantage here since it is easier to maintain proper heat. All is not lost if you cannot grill outside. A handy indoor BBQ grill can come to the rescue. Price: $249

Celsius Modular Refrigerator Offers User Friendly Features
Kitchen appliances are getting smarter because designers are identifying with the user experience and working to overcome adversity and make even the most ordinary products even better than they are. Student designer Angeline Meloche from the University of New South Wales answers the food freshness and placement issue with the Celsius modular refrigerator which is configured by the "user". The Celsius features a touch-sensitive control panel on the door of each cabinet which includes five temperature presets giving users the ability to store food correctly, maintaining freshness and storage lifetime. Full-extension drawers and pantry-style cabinets allow for optimal space usage with the same footprint as a conventional refrigerator. Other features include custom inserts providing for fruit, vegetables, meat & fish, dairy, bottles, and wine storage, and an LCD screen, which not only helps the user to monitor and locate food items, but also fosters an awareness of correct storage conditions.

24 Inch Wide Wine Cooler by Miele
The KWT1611 Vi wine cooler from Miele is narrow with a width of 24 inches. Despite its narrow size it can hold up to 84 bottles of wine storage. The wine is held on nice wooden racks which are great in preserving bottles while also adding to the nostalgia of wine collecting. The wine racks fully extend out giving you ample room to load, review, and remove wine bottles. The cooling system includes three separate temperature zones providing more control over temperature setting. Thus, if you want your white wine or champagne colder, it can be accommodated in their system.
