A French design company, Decadrages, has a product on the market called "Bedup". The motivation behind Bedup is the small apartment or loft resident who must maximize space to the fullest. The bed is cleverly concealed near the ceiling when not in use. In the picture the man working at a desk has the bed right on top of him at the ceiling. When needed, the bed comes down to provide a place to sleep. Bedup is a wonderful addition to small apartment design as it offers space conserving solutions. Product:here.
